YipitData, a financial technology company that collects operational data on publicly traded companies has pinpointed it’s new office in the hot Midtown South sub-market of Manhattan. Located in the Flatiron District, this bright and airy space demonstrates the value of great design over an expensive buildout.
This 11,000 square foot space located at 22 west 19th Street, has been designed by Danielle Arps, a well known interior designer in the Tech world. Completed in 2015, Yippit’s office, has distinguishing features such light oak finishes, custom oak millwork, and plants interspersed that serve as an artistic and architectural element. The light green carpeting compliment the plants and help bring the outdoors inside. The light colored walls and open ceilings really makes the space look roomy.
This is the type of space that inspires the tech community to keep striving for cooler space and totally forego the traditional office look that attorneys and accountants are comfortable with. Danielle has demonstrated that with a few custom design elements you can really make the space stand out.
