Quad Capital, a proprietary trading firm, was looking to rebuild its office after its building was shut down from Hurricane Sandy. With the services of an esteemed architect and consultant, Quad built something exciting. Much of the space is built like a typical hedge fund space with trading desks. Quad’s new trading space is in amazing office for its people to work and never leave the office.

The 20,000 rsf installation was built over 2 floors. An interior staircase connects the hedge fund space. The staircase also adds drama to the new trading space.
