This is a true loft office building with concrete floors and high ceilings throughout the building. The office space itself, designed by Danielle Arps, has some industrial features such as brushed steel tables and huge HVAC ceiling vents. Decorated with area rugs, hanging vintage industrial bulbs, and white subway tiles, the decor is certainly loft industrial. The space features a lounge area, open work area, pantry, conference rooms, and breakout areas.
160 Varick was in built in 1929 as a 12 story loft warehouse building in an up and coming neighborhood that used to be known as the Printing District. Nestled close to the Hudson River, this unique neighborhood called Hudson Square has many creative and tech tenants in the area. The building was renovated in 2011 and has new a new lobby and office windows on each floor.
