The Office Space Search

Day One agency was looking for an office space that properly reflected the culture and ethos of their company. After a meaningful and lengthy search with their real estate broker and advisor, they came across 307 Seventh Avenue, located directly across the Fashion Institute of Technology. After finally negotiating terms and signing a lease, the retained the services of a designer specializing in office interiors, Danielle Arps.

Danielle, who has a long track record of designing loft space, incorporated bright and fun design features to Day One Agency’s Chelsea office. Day One Agency, a communication and marketing agency, has successful created an office environment that is inspiring and lends itself to greater employee productivity.

Chelsea Office Loft

Along with the usual loft-like feel of exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and open space, there are added elements that bring in some airy outdoor concepts indoors.  This Chelsea office space also features decorative glass-fronted offices, vibrant orange accents throughout, oak / white colored furniture, and sleek cubicle-style couches on wheels.  There are also rows of office plants placed as partitions in the open area, in order to create a bit more privacy without the stale cubicle feel.  Danielle Arps certainly brings a creative, yet practical design to Day One Agency’s New York office location.
