The Corcoran Group , a world famous luxury residential real estate brokerage firm, was looking to rent an office in the Soho District of NYC. Eventually they landed at 524 Broadway which is really in the center of Soho. This new office space location was brought to life by the architectural design company CetraRuddy. What Else Does This Gorgeous Office Space Have to Offer?

This special office space at 524 Broadway comes with about 15,000 square feet of workspace, a lunch area for employees, and design elements that will transform your views about everyday office life. The floor itself is made of wide board wood flooring, and if you have a look around other parts of the office you will probably notice the hand sculpted glass, and to compliment that. The Corcoran Group also had floor to ceiling sliding glass panels installed to separate the separate work spaces.

When The Corcoran Group, founded by the esteemed realtiy TV star Barbara Corcoran, was designing this office they were inspired to help achieve a way for the real estate brokers to collaborate. So they decided to do away with most of the individual cubicles altogether and swap them for hotdesks and soft seating. This caters to brokers who like working from anywhere and don’t come into the office every day. That being said, they still do have some private office space for their big earners that like to come to the office. There are also several conference rooms available for team collaboration and client meetings. This gorgeous workspace also comes with several private break areas and a meditation room so employees can relax from the hustle and bustle of the New York City office life.
