Transformative Renovation
180 Maiden Lane, has gone through a transformative renovation. The office building had begun to take on a very dated look that was quintesentially 80’s. The sweeping plaza and that’s enclosed by a space frame is reminiscent of the Jacob Javitz Center. Location
180 Maiden Lane is two blocks away from the South Street Seaport which is going through a transformation as well. South Street Seaport is the only high profile development on the east side. The main structure Pier 17 is to be completed in 2017. The highly coveted and widely successful Smorgasburg is also operating here.

The one down side to 180 Maiden Lane is that it is a bit farther to the subway lines relative to other downtown buildings.
