This super cool loft office space in Downtown Manhattan for lease is something really special. Each of its private offices has six walls or is shaped like a hexagon - stacked together it makes a honeycomb pattern! All the offices have glass fronts too. No expense was spared to build this installation. We are still trying to track down the genius architect.

This interesting floor plan actually has benefits beyond aesthetics and creativity. A hexagon shape is better at attenuating and dampening sound. Speaking of sound dampening, this available unit also has waffle ceilings which a beautiful architectural feature.
